Welcome to Prism

Prism runs a gym end to end — the front desk, the doors, the screens on the walls and the app in your members' pockets. This manual covers all of it, one screen at a time, with real screenshots.

The apps

• Gym Admin — the staff app (Android tablet or phone, Windows, or the web). Members, selling, POS, payroll, reports, and every device setting live here.
• Member app — what your members install: entry QR, wallet, class bookings, progress.
• Member kiosk — the in-gym tablet: self-signup, sign-in, the checkup station, café ordering.
• Digital signage — menu boards, offer walls and video walls on your TVs.
• Studio TV — the big screen inside the studio: live heart-rate walls and class displays.

The hardware

Door readers, face terminals, the AI camera box, receipt printers and heart-rate straps all pair with Gym Admin. Part I walks through installing each one — the wiring, the claim codes and the exact screens you'll see.
