AI modules: a second opinion on every incident
Your security box flags incidents — someone through the gate without scanning, the reception desk left empty, a customer waiting. AI modules add a second opinion: the AI looks at the incident's still image and its facts and says whether it looks real, likely a false alarm or unclear, how sure it is, and why.
Privacy is built in. Every face in the still is pixelated on Prism's own server before anything is sent, and member and staff names are replaced with codes — nobody can be identified from what leaves. Footage is never streamed out.
What you'll do
See which checks are ready at your branch, switch the ones you want on in Trial, and move them to Live once you trust them.
You'll need: to be the owner, or have the camera configure permission. At least one camera connected to a security box.
Steps

Open Settings → Devices → AI modules. Every check is listed by area — Security, Reception, Bar, Gym floor, Cleaning, Staff, Reports — each marked Ready, Needs setup (with exactly what is missing, e.g. a camera with the "bar" role) or In development.

Switch on a Ready module. It starts in Trial: results are kept and counted, but nothing is posted to your staff.

After a week or two, compare its verdicts with what really happened. When you are happy, set it to Live. Its verdicts are then posted as a reply under each incident in your Security Telegram group, marked 🤖 AI review — separate from the box's own 🔎 Reviewed recount.

Choose where each module's results go: the Security group, the Daily summary only, or the App only.
What you should see
On each module: how many results it produced in the last 30 days, how often a person agreed with it, and what it cost. In the Security group (when Live): a short AI verdict under each incident.
If something goes wrong
- A module says "Needs setup" — read the line under it; it names exactly what is missing.
- No AI verdicts appear — the module is in Trial (kept, not posted), or its results go to App only or Daily summary only.
