Switching locations
If your account can access more than one location, a location pill appears in the app bar — the current branch's name with a small down arrow. Everything in the app is scoped to the active location: members, sales, reports, devices, settings. Switching re-points all of it at once. On single-location gyms the switcher simply isn't there, so if you don't see it, this chapter doesn't apply to you.
What you'll do
Open the Switch location sheet, pick a branch, and confirm the app has flipped over.
You'll need: a staff account that has been granted access to more than one location.
Steps

Look at the top app bar. Next to your gym's name you'll see the location pill — the current branch name (and city) with a down arrow. On narrow screens it collapses to a small store icon.

Tap it. The Switch location sheet slides up, titled with your organisation's name, listing every branch you can access. The current one is marked with a check.

Tap the branch you want. The sheet closes and a green confirmation appears — Switched to followed by the branch name.

Check the header: the gym name and the pill now show the new branch. The dashboard numbers, member list and every other screen are now that location's.
What you should see
The whole app in the other branch's context: its members, its classes, its devices, its settings. Your unread message badge and notification counts also reset to the new location's.
If something goes wrong
- No pill in the app bar — your account only has access to one location. An owner grants multi-location access from the staff and locations settings.
- "Couldn't switch location" — usually a connection hiccup; the app stays safely on the current branch. Retry when you're back online.
- A branch you expect is missing from the sheet — you haven't been given access to it. Ask the organisation owner.
