A self-service kiosk on a $150 tablet.
The kiosk replaces a $3–6k assessment station with a $150–300 commodity tablet. It pairs with a claim code in under a minute, locks itself down, and never shows a crash.
New members sign up at the wall: plan tiles quoted by the server, a scroll-gated waiver with an on-glass signature, and a camera-guided selfie that doubles as the door-access face template.
Members sign in by scanning the kiosk QR with their phone, tapping NFC, a USB reader or hands-free Bluetooth, then run the Prism Checkup battery — frames are processed on-device and discarded.
