Plan inclusions and booking
Inclusions are what make a Gold plan feel gold: free classes and PT sessions granted automatically every month, and a booking window that lets premium members plan two weeks out while entry plans book same-day only.
What you'll do
Set monthly class and PT credits on a plan, or mark it unlimited, and set the advance-booking horizon.
You'll need: the plan-management permission and a plan open in Settings → Membership plans.
Steps
-
In the plan form, scroll to the Inclusions & booking window card.
-
Set Class credits / month — free group-class credits every member on the plan receives automatically. Leave empty for none.
-
Set PT credits / month — the same mechanic for personal-training sessions.
-
Or flip Unlimited group classes for drop-in plans: members book any class with no credit consumed. Turning it on clears the class-credit field — the two are mutually exclusive.
-
Set Max booking advance (days) — how far ahead members on this plan can book. Empty means unlimited; 1 means same-day only; 14 means two weeks out.
-
Tap Save plan.
What you should see
Members on the plan see their credit balance in the member app and on the kiosk, bookings consume credits (or nothing, on unlimited plans), and booking screens refuse dates beyond the plan's horizon with a clear message.
If something goes wrong
- New credits didn't appear on the 1st — the overnight grant only reaches members who are active on the plan at that moment; expired or frozen members are skipped until they renew or unfreeze.
- A member says last month's credits vanished — they expire at month end by design; that's the use-it-or-lose-it rule, not a fault.
- You typed class credits but they won't save — check the Unlimited group classes switch; while it's on, the credits field is disabled and cleared.
- A member can't book a class 10 days out — their plan's booking advance is lower than 10; raise Max booking advance (days) or leave it empty for unlimited.
