These terms govern use of the Prism service. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you represent you have authority to do so.
Prism provides a SaaS gym-management platform. We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for the duration of your subscription. You remain the owner of all customer data you upload.
Fees are as listed on /pricing at the date of signup. Annual and triennial customers lock pricing for the commitment period. Monthly customers receive 90 days' notice of any rate change. Payment-processing is passthrough — we do not mark up GoCardless, Stripe, or BACS rates.
Either party may terminate on 30 days' notice for rolling-monthly accounts, or at the end of a committed term for annual/triennial. You receive a full data export on termination.
Our aggregate liability is capped at the amount paid to Prism in the 12 months preceding the claim. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
