Prism Studio: your AI social media manager
Studio is a paid add-on that works like a social media manager on your staff. You tell it what you want — an offer to sell, empty classes to fill, a new coach to introduce — and it researches what is working right now, plans the posts, and writes each one in every language you chose: the hook, the caption, the call to action, the hashtags and the words that go on the image. You approve.
It only ever uses your real prices and offers, taken from your plans and packs in Prism. It never invents a discount, and it never names a member.
What you'll do
Set up the brand kit once, ask the assistant for posts, give each post its look and your own photo, turn it into a reel if you like, approve it, then publish or share it.
You'll need: Studio switched on for your location (ask Prism support), and the Studio permission — owners have it; managers have it by default. Approving needs the approve right in the same permission.
Steps
-
Open Studio from the menu. It has six tabs: Assistant, Inbox, Media, Channels, Style and Brand kit. The first time, it copies your Content Studio brand kit if you have one. Check the Brand kit tab: the languages every post is written in, tone of voice, content themes, audience, do/don't, default hashtags and your calls to action (WhatsApp, phone, booking link). Tap Save brand kit.
-
In Assistant, type what you want — "4 posts to fill the evening spin classes", "a post about our 3-month offer", "posts for this week from what's trending" — or tap a suggestion. Writing takes about a minute. The assistant tells you what it did.
-
Open Inbox. New posts are under To approve, grouped by the day they should go out. Tap one. Switch language with the chips at the top; each language keeps its own words.
-
Choose the look. Under Layout pick Impact, Offer, Editorial, Minimal, Class, Tip, Event or Coach; under Style pick Athletic, Luxe, Sprint, Future or Club. The preview changes as you tap. The assistant has already filled in the words each layout needs — headline, offer number, deadline, class name — and you can change any of them under Words on the image.
-
Add your own photo: Add photo → pick one from your media library or the device. A real photo from your gym beats any AI picture. To make a reel from it, pick it from the library.
-
Want a reel? In the Photos & video card tap Make the reel from this photo · 15, or the free slideshow option (see Reels and AI images). Prism adds your words and logo when the video is ready.
-
Tap Approve — or Rewrite with an instruction ("more energetic", "shorter", "mention the Friday deadline"), Change date, or Reject.
-
Publish or share. With an account connected in Channels, the Publish card on the post lets you pick where it goes, whether the image or the finished reel goes out, and Publish now or Schedule…. Without one, tap Save & share image (or Share reel) to post it to Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp yourself, Copy caption, and tap Mark as posted once it is live.
The post designer
Prism draws every post itself, so your logo is exact and the words are sharp in every language: right-to-left scripts run correctly and every other script is set properly too — in all 23 languages Studio writes in.
There are 8 layouts and 5 type styles. Tap a layout or a style and the preview switches at once:
- Athletic — tall condensed capitals, for sport, energy and offers.
- Luxe — condensed capitals with one elegant serif word.
- Sprint — fast italic capitals, for classes, stats and countdowns.
- Future — wide geometric capitals, for one or two words.
- Club — clean and quiet, premium and understated.
Each style offers the layouts it suits. If you pick a layout your current style does not offer, Prism switches to a style that fits it.
- The words. The assistant writes the words for the layout: a headline, a small label, and for an
offer the big number, the deadline and the old price crossed out. In a headline, wrap the key word
in stars (
*like this*) to colour it. Only real prices and dates are used — Studio never invents them. - Colours and logo. Choose Brand, Dark or Light, and the logo as Auto, Original colours, White or Dark.
- Photo layouts. Some layouts are made for a photo and say so until you add one. The Coach layout needs a library photo of the coach with their consent recorded in Studio → Media.
- Starting looks. In Brand kit → Post designs, set the look each kind of post starts with, plus your brand colour and the Instagram handle printed small on posts. Every post can still change its layout and style in the editor.
Reels and AI images
Your own photos come first: they are animated as they are, with nothing invented. Photos with people in them need those people's consent recorded in Studio → Media. The Photos & video card on a post offers:
- Make the reel from this photo · 15 — an AI video model animates the post's library photo as one continuous take that follows the post's shoot plan. It usually takes under a minute, then Prism adds the words and logo.
- Free slideshow reel from this photo — a slideshow reel cut on Prism's own video server, using only the photo on the post. No credits. If the post has no photo yet, the button reads Free reel from your photos & videos and Prism picks photos and clips from your library for each scene.
- Generic AI image · 2 — a picture made from the post's idea in your visual style. It is made with no words in it; Prism puts your headline and logo on top, so the words are always right in any language. It never shows an identifiable made-up person. You can turn it into a 5-second reel for 15 credits.
With the update, finished reels are full-size vertical video (1080 × 1920) with timed, animated captions, your logo and an end card. Choose how the words sit on reels in Brand kit → Reels → Words on reels: On a block, Clean or Side bar. Your logo must be uploaded under Settings → Gym profile & branding for it to appear on reels.
Each paid action says its price before it runs, and if it fails the credits come straight back. A photo from your media library can only be used for AI when it is marked OK for AI and everyone in it has recorded consent. AI-made posts are labelled as AI when they are published.
Publishing to Instagram and Facebook
Studio can publish approved posts straight to Instagram (posts, reels and stories) and to Facebook Pages, now or at a scheduled time.
-
Open Studio → Channels and tap Connect with Facebook (Instagram + Facebook Page) — best for business accounts — or Log in with Instagram only for an Instagram account without a Facebook Page. Finish the login in the browser; the page updates by itself.
-
If the login gives access to several Pages or Instagram accounts, tick the ones this location posts to.
-
For each account choose Publish automatically (Prism posts approved posts at their time) or Prepare only (Prism never posts there; it prepares the image and caption for you to post by hand).
-
On an approved post, use the Publish card: Post to the accounts you want, choose what goes out, then Publish now or Schedule…. Links to the live posts appear once they are published.
Only the owner, or staff with the Marketing settings right, can connect or change accounts. Meta asks for a fresh Facebook login every 90 days; Channels warns you before it is due — tap Connect again.
Learn my style
The Style tab teaches Studio how your posts look and sound. Tap Import my last 50 Instagram
posts (Instagram must be connected), or upload posts you like, or reply /style to a photo in your
media Telegram group. Prism studies the colours, fonts, layouts and the way you write.
You can also Add a brand you like by its Instagram name. Prism learns its approach only — layout, colours, type and tone — and never copies its logo, photos or slogans. Then choose Follow one style, or Blend two: the look of one and the voice of another. No member details are sent to the AI, and faces are blurred first.
Importing from Instagram and adding a brand by name go through your connected Instagram, so they start working once Meta approves Prism's app. Uploading pictures of posts works straight away.
The media library: your photographer's Telegram group
Studio → Media is the gym's photo and video bank. The easiest way to fill it is a Telegram group: whatever your photographer, videographer or desk staff post there is saved automatically.
-
Open Studio → Media and tap Connect. Follow the six steps on that page — they are the same as the other Telegram groups: create the group, make a new bot with @BotFather, paste its token, pick the group.
-
Make the bot an admin of the group (group → its name → Administrators → Add). This step is the one people miss: a plain member bot cannot see photos, so nothing would be saved.
-
Post a photo in the group. It gets a 👍 and appears in Studio → Media within a minute, with tags the AI worked out from a face-blurred copy. Hashtags in the caption become tags too.
-
Reply to a photo in the group with
/tag spin studio eveningto tag it, or/coach Sarato say who is in it.
In the app, tap any item to edit its caption and tags, say who is in it, and — with the Studio settings permission — record that person's consent to AI use of their likeness and mark the photo OK for AI generation. Both are off until you switch them on. You can also Upload photos from the device, hide items, or delete them.
When the assistant writes posts it looks at the library first and suggests a real photo where one fits; in the post editor, Add photo → From library picks any other.
For franchises and multi-branch groups
Studio is designed so a group keeps one brand while every branch makes its own local posts. That makes Prism a way to run a franchise, or to franchise your own gym: head office in charge of social media across the branches, each branch posting in its own language from its own classes and prices, and every post approved before it goes out. An owner with two or three branches benefits the same way, without writing every branch's posts.
Big fitness franchises such as F45 and Orangetheory already run branch marketing through locked brand templates in a design tool. Prism is bringing this inside the gym system. It already knows each branch's classes, prices and offers, and it writes natively in whichever languages you choose.
What works today. Studio is set up per location. Each branch has its own brand kit and languages, its own assistant and inbox, its own Telegram media group and library, and (with the update) its own accounts in Channels. Only owners and staff with the Studio approve right can approve a post. Switch branches with the location pill in the app bar, as everywhere else in Prism.
Coming soon — planned, not built yet:
- Brand lock for posts — head office locks the logo, colours and layout; branches change only what head office unlocks: the words, the photo, the date.
- Head-office brand hub — one set of logos, colours and fonts for the whole group, inherited by every branch.
- Campaign kits — head office pushes a campaign into every branch's calendar, with each branch's details filled in.
- Approval set by permission — each branch's posts go to whoever holds the approve permission there: the branch manager, or the member of staff given the job. You decide; there are no fixed roles.
- Separate or shared accounts — each branch on its own Instagram and Facebook, or one account for the group. Switch later without losing history.
- Members in posts, with consent — member milestones and photos, only where the member's consent is recorded.
- Results per branch — reach per post and per branch, linked to sign-ups and sales.
Plans
- Lite — included. 4 posts written a month, no credits for AI images and video, and the "Made with Prism" mark on every image and caption.
- Creator — $39 per location a month. 12 posts a month, 150 credits, no Prism mark.
- Pro — $89 per location a month. 30 posts a month, 350 credits, no Prism mark.
- Studio — $199 per location a month. Unlimited posts (fair use), 1,000 credits, no Prism mark.
The bar at the top of Studio shows your plan and how many posts you have used this month. When the allowance is used up, the assistant says so and asks you to upgrade.
Collage posts, swipeable panorama carousels and grid takeovers are coming later.
Permissions
Studio has its own permission module, Studio (marketing), with separate rights to open it, ask for and edit posts, approve, publish, and change the brand kit. Set them under Settings → Users. Connecting accounts in Channels and changing the Style need the Marketing settings right; owners always have it.
If something goes wrong
- "Prism Studio is a paid add-on" — Studio is not switched on for this location yet. Ask Prism support.
- "Monthly limit reached" — your plan's post allowance for this month is used. Upgrade, or wait for the 1st.
- The assistant answers but no posts appear — open Inbox → To approve; if still empty, ask again with a number: "write 3 posts about…".
- A language is missing from a post — tick it in the Brand kit; posts written afterwards include it. Use Rewrite on an existing post to add it.
- Channels says it is waiting for Prism's Meta app setup — expected until Meta approves Prism's app. Share with Save & share image or Share reel meanwhile.
- "This layout is made for a photo" — tap Add photo, or choose another layout.
- The Coach layout will not open — pick a library photo of the coach whose consent is recorded in Studio → Media.
- "The headline is long for this layout" — shorten it below the number shown, or choose a layout with more room.
- Make the reel from this photo is greyed out — the post has no library photo. Tap Add photo and pick one from the library.
- No logo on the reel — upload it under Settings → Gym profile & branding.
