What changed

Prism is G-Cloud 14 listed and CCS framework-compliant. UK data residency is contractual. The GP-referral programme runs on the same member file as the leisure operations.

Where they are now

GP-referral programme retention is 14 percentage points higher than the prior year. Procurement is on-framework. Month-end is one approval, not a project.
