Prism started after three years living inside three different gym software vendors at once. We wanted one platform, designed for the people on the floor — not the procurement deck.

Every product person spends time inside customer clubs every month. The dashboard a GM uses is more important than the deck we present at the QBR.

Opinionated by design.

We say no to features that don't move retention or revenue. The product is small on purpose, not by accident.

MENA-first.

Every release ships RTL-tested. Arabic is a first-class language, not an afterthought.

Pricing in public.

Three tiers, on the website. If you can't budget without calling sales, it isn't pricing.
